Directions
We are quite remote, despite being 4 miles from Chichester. You will need a car or bike to get about or we can recommend a fantastic, local and friendly Taxi Service.
Closest Train Station is either Chichester (90 mins from London Victoria + 10 mins drive) or Petersfield (70 minutes from London Waterloo + 15 min drive).
From London/A3: From Petersfield go through South Harting and take left turn to Chilgrove, Lavant & Chichester. After 5 miles or so of winding roads, go past the White Horse Pub on left and Crowshall Farm on right and you will see Welldown House and drive with 5 bar gate on right, plus a sign for Welldown House. Please turn in and park on the right hand side.
From Chichester: Take the A286 from Chichester towards Midhurst. Just North of Lavant take the left turn onto the B2141 (signposted Chilgrove and Petersfield). Go past a red letter box and Langford Farm on your left. Carry on for about 500 meters and you will go past Binderton Lane on right and will notice a sign for Welldown House with barns on left and the drive is shortly after. Please turn in and park on right hand side of drive. If you get to Crowshall Farm you have gone too far.
